The Focal is one of the current Tier 4 Tanks in Arras.io that upgrades from the Sprayer at Level 45. Its upgrade key is H.

Design

The Focal is similar to its Predecessor, the Sprayer, but the Machine Gun barrel is Narrower, decreasing its spread.

Technical

The Focal is a Hybrid between Sprayer and Streamliner, just enough spread to make it able to do cover-fire while also having powerful direct-firing. The Decreased Spread make it more challenging to aim, but make it have more damage if it lands a hit.

Strategy

• Strong Against: Other Machine Gun type tanks, slow tanks.
• Weak Against: Tanks with more direct-firepower, fast tanks.

As the Focal

• Play like a Streamliner, and lock on to your targets as good as possible.

Against the Focal

• Moving fast and suddenly is a good way to catch a Focal off guard, the Annihilator is a good Counter to the Focal.

Trivia

• Some people see the Focal as a downgrade of the Sprayer.
  • Arras YouTuber CorruptX even said: “What’s the focal point of this tank?” (That was terrible).
• Gatling Gun should be able to upgrade to Focal if they meet each other in the same server. However, Focal does not have the sniper stat modifier, so it shoots faster than Gatling Gun.
