The Tempest was a Tier 4 tank in Arras.io. It upgraded from the Tornado at level 45 and can't upgrade any further

Design

Tempest featured a circular body with 2 triangles on top, with the top of which having a fourth of the area of the bottom. Both triangles rotate in opposite directions

Technical

Upon upgrading to Tempest, you gain 2 satellites. The 2 new satellites, along with one of the old ones, will form a new ring around the tank. This new ring has the opposite control scheme of the original, meaning that both rings will be at an "opposite" distance from each other.
